This Privacy Policy describes how BitAfrika ("BitAfrika," "we," or "us") collects, uses,

stores, shares, and protects your information whenever you use the BitAfrika Site, a

BitAfrika mobile application, any BitAfrika API directly or through a third-party

application, or buy a BitAfrika product (collectively, "BitAfrika Site” and “Services”).

BitAfrika understands the importance of privacy for our users and only collects the

information which is necessary. Your information is only shared with our third-party

affiliates when necessary or/and in direct relation to your transaction. Within

BitAfrika, access to information is limited to only BitAfrika Employees who require

such information for matters related to compliance, customer support, and

verification. BitAfrika will NEVER sell or rent your personal information to third

parties.

BitAfrika makes a major change, it will become effective when BitAfrika posts the

account number, routing number, bank card number, IBAN no. or other related

account information. As BitAfrika expands to add additional services and features, you

may be requested to provide additional information. When we deem it necessary for

additional contact information, biographic information, identity number or

government-issued information, including a tax ID number or financial information.

BitAfrika collects information about your transactions and payment activity on the

BitAfrika Site and Services, including the amount, time, date, recipient wallet, and type

of trade.

Device.

BitAfrika collects information about the device you use to access BitAfrika Site and

Services, including language, type of device, operating system, mobile phone number,

mobile network, and other device identifiers. BitAfrika also logs information about

your activity on BitAfrika Site and Services, such as access times, pages viewed, other

your information securely during and after the life of your BitAfrika account in

SHARING OF INFORMATION

BitAfrika may share the information we collect from you in the following ways.

• BitAfrika will sometimes need to share your information with third-party fraud

prevention and identity verification service providers in order to prevent fraud

and confirm the validity of the information provided against public records. By

using BitAfrika Site and Services, you acknowledge and consent that these

service providers may retain and use your information to perform services for

BitAfrika and improve their own services, solely related to identity verification

and fraud prevention services.

• BitAfrika will sometimes need to share information with service providers

performing legal, marketing, audit, payment processing and other services on

our behalf, sometimes related to the analysis and improvement of the BitAfrika

Site and Services experience. Third Parties are obliged to follow our

confidentiality policy and safe keep all your information in their possession as

compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order, or other legal procedure or when

we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent any physical

harm, financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate a

potential violation of law or our User Agreement.

• In the event of a merger, acquisition, or other purchase of BitAfrika's assets by

another company, that company will have access to the information you have

provided to BitAfrika. We will require that the new entity follow the procedures

of this Privacy Policy and notify you of any such change in the applicable policy.

• BitAfrika may also share your information with its subsidiaries, affiliates and

other entities that BitAfrika controls.

BitAfrika retains your personal information as long as necessary to offer our services

to you. The retention period may vary depending on the data type, the country where

we collected the data, the user category, the purposes for which we collected the data,

and whether the data must be retained after an account deletion request as may be

applicable.

You may request the deletion of your BitAfrika account through the security section

Following an account deletion request, we delete your BitAfrika account except if it is

necessary for an investigation, prevention of fraud, compliance with legal

requirements, or because of issues relating to your BitAfrika account such as an

unresolved claim or dispute. In this case, we may retain your personal information for

as long as required. BitAfrika generally deletes user personal information in

accordance with the BitAfrika data retention policy, except where retention is

necessary for the reasons mentioned above. BitAfrika will not retain your personal

information longer than necessary.

PRIVACY OF CHILDREN UNDER 18

You must be at least Eighteen (18) years old to use BitAfrika Site and Services. So by

using our Services, you confirm that you are at least Eighteen (18) years old and on

this note, we can lawfully collect your personal information. BitAfrika does not

intentionally collect any information from or about any individual under the age of 18.

HOW TO ACCESS AND EDIT YOUR INFORMATION

Account page after you log in to your BitAfrika account. If you are unable to edit the

information from your account, please contact us through our for assistance.

If you close your BitAfrika account, we will retain your account information in our

databases for the required number of years to comply with the various laws and

financial service regulations applicable to BitAfrika.

INDEMNITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By accepting the terms and conditions of this policy, You shall hold harmless BitAfrika,

its promoters, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, sub-contractors and

other representatives from any claims, demands, liabilities, suits, proceedings,

penalties, costs or expenses of any kind (including, attorneys’ fees and expenses)

arising out of or in connection with:

(i) Sharing any information with Third Parties in line with this Privacy Policy;

(ii) Breach of any obligation, terms, representation, warranties and covenants under

this Agreement;

(iii) breach of confidentiality obligations under this Agreement.

This provision shall survive the expiration or termination of Your relationship with

BitAfrika for any reason.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this policy, BitAfrika, in any

event, regardless of the form of claim, shall not be liable for any indirect, special,

punitive, exemplary, speculative or consequential damages, including, but not limited

to, any loss of use, loss of data, business interruption, and loss of income, capital or

profits, irrespective of whether it had advance notice of the possibility of any such

damages.
